This privacy policy covers the use of the Ultiorganizer services.
General information
- Personal information means information about an identifiable individual. Team rosters and game statistics are not treated as personal information in the Ultiorganizer system.
- Ultiorganizer collects the following personal information when you create a user account to use Ultiorganizer services:
- Name, username, password and e-mail address.
- All other information, such as player profile details, is optional.
- When you have signed in to the system, all actions that modify system data are recorded in our server logs with your username, including your IP address and the action details.
- Ultiorganizer uses information for the following general purposes: identification and authentication, service improvement and communication.
IP Addresses
The IP address automatically reported by your browser is stored in our log files when you have signed in to the system. IP addresses may be used for:
- Diagnosing problems found with the system.
- Tracking down the user in case of illegal activity.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
- Your account information is only visible to authorised users with special access rights to the system, and they are required to keep the information confidential.
- Your password is stored only in encrypted format and is not visible in plain text to anyone.
- Ultiorganizer does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or companies except to provide products or services you've requested or when we have your permission.
Editing and Deleting Account Information
- You can change your account information at any time.
- You can delete your account at any time by sending a request to the system administrator.
